Description of Works

The construction of a Sports & Recreational Centre with a 608 sq.m single storey sports hall with Olympic standard basketball timber play court area and 332 sq.m of two story ancillary accommodation with gym facilities and associated external site works.

Description of Works

Grennan College Sports & Leisure Centre, Thomastown, Kilkenny.

Project: A new community sports hall (600 sq.m) with single storey (95 sq.m) and two storey (420 sq.m) ancillary accoumodations (1115 sq.m total floor area), associated external works, new one way traffic system, upgrade water services, and all associated site works.

The Building was constructed and delivered within the confines of a live secondary school campus with constant corresspondance wit staff, students and parents through the duration of the project.
